Returns & Refunds Policy

At SilkLab Hair, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the conditions below carefully before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 working days from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a refund, all returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened
  • The product must be in its original shipped condition
  • Packaging, seals, and hair bulk must remain intact
  • The product must not be worn, tried on, or tampered with

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extension products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened, removed from packaging, worn, or altered in any way.

If a returned product does not meet these conditions, the item will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact our support team within the return window:

Your return request must include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return

Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 working days of receiving your order.

All exchange items must meet the same conditions as returns:

  • Unopened
  • In original condition
  • Packaging and hair coils intact

Items that have been opened, worn, or tampered with are not eligible for exchange.

Return Shipping

SilkLab Hair does not provide free return shipping.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including exchanges.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as SilkLab Hair cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 working days for inspection and processing.

After your refund has been approved and issued, please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account or original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been opened
  • The product has been worn or tried on
  • The packaging or hair has been removed
  • The product has been tampered with or altered

These rules are strictly enforced due to hygiene regulations for hair extension products.
